In most cases, no. We cater to projects of all scales. Some specialty products may have manufacturer-imposed MOQs, which we will advise in advance.

Yes. All materials are backed by manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 5 to 25 years, depending on the product type.

Yes. We can provide materials with certifications such as FSC, CE, and EPD for sustainable building compliance.

Yes. Upon request, we provide technical datasheets and compliance certificates for specified materials.

We accept bank transfers (BACS/SEPA). Details are provided on your proforma invoice.

We are VAT registered in both the UK and Slovenia, and operate under the reverse charge mechanism under EU VAT regulations. If your company is VAT registered, we will apply reverse charging, meaning no VAT will be added to your invoice, and your business will self-account for the tax in its jurisdiction.

This will be clearly stated on your proforma invoice (PFI).

If your business is not VAT registered, local VAT may apply based on the delivery location and applicable rules.

We calculate VAT as per destination rules. For non-EU shipments, clients are responsible for customs clearance, but we can assist with export documentation.

No, but we provide all the specifications and guidance needed for your contractor or project manager to ensure correct installation.

  1. How do I place an order?

Submit a request via our Contact Form. We’ll provide a quote, material list, and logistics plan tailored to your project.

An order is confirmed when you sign the proforma invoice and pay the advance. This acts as formal and irrevocable acceptance of the goods listed.

No. Once payment is made, the order is final and cannot be amended or cancelled.

No. All sales are final. Materials cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched.

We accept complaints within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept complaints for goods that have already been installed.

The agreed delivery timeline starts upon receipt of the advance payment.

Yes. Any discount applied includes legal interest from the date of advance payment.
